Wedin Farm Antique Show
Hi everyone!
A couple weeks ago, to celebrate Mother’s Day, I took my mom out for a Mother’s day weekend. We did everything from going to the library to wine tasting to a lot of shopping. One of the stops we made during our festivities was to the Wedin Farm and Friends Antique Show. We really enjoyed ourselves at the antique show and today I thought I would share it with you all!
The Wedin Farm Antique Show is held just a couple miles into the countryside at the Wedin Farm by the Wedin Family who have owned their farm for 97 years.
The farm itself is stunning. Starting at the long dirt road you start to see fun welcome signs, and every corner of the farm has something to enjoy.
As you arrive at the show, the first display was of a blue truck with its bed decorated in a farm vintage style. The truck display was adorable and by far my favorite.
Next, they had some booths outside. One of my favorites was this shabby chic inspired booth.
They also had more booths inside their large, beautiful red barn.
The barn was so big I could barely get any of it in one photo.
One booth had flowers, and another had rustic decor.
One of the ladies we met was there selling her homemade jams. We sampled a large variety and left with several. She was so sweet and she had such a huge variety of jams, from the classics like strawberry to ones with a little more kick like lemon jalapeño.
One of the things I enjoyed most about the antique show was the entertainment they had. From watching the artist paint to listening to a musician play.
The musician played the perfect tunes that had everyone singing along. He was always smiling, talking with everyone, and having a good time.
Around every corner and through all the small outbuildings the farm just had such a beautiful look to it.
As we walked around the farm a little bit we got to see all the cute little parts that make this farm so charming.
Everything from their chicken coop to the potting shed was eye catching.
As we were leaving we stood out by the fence and looked out onto the long stretch of beautiful land and admired the view.
After a beautiful sunny day of shopping, listening to music, enjoying spending time together, and being surrounded by such a fun atmosphere, we left with a few goodies in hand and were very happy with our day well spent.
Thank you Wedin Farms for having us and if you want more information about the show you can look at their Facebook here.
Thanks for joining me and hopefully you enjoyed some peaks of the Wedin Farm and Friends Antique Show!
